As far as apartment renting goes, I am pleased with my experience here at Hidden Village. The location is convenient for my family and we have a few things we can walk to such as parks & grocery. My neighbors are respectful and friendly and maintenance is quick to respond to any repair requests.

The grounds are attractive and well maintained. The regular staff is very pleasant and efficient. If I have a request for help with something todo with my unit, it is quickly addressed.

Clean, quiet, close to bus line, stores, restaurants, banks, Mary Smith park and Willamette River and just about everything you need. Nice, updated interior. Management responsive and easy to deal with. Only draw back is quite aways from downtown Portland.

Some neighbors are "noisy" (inside apartments and outside in the parking areas) after a reasonable 10pm.
