11 Reviews for Wimbledon Square
Place is fine. No complaints. Everything works like it should, clean enough grounds, laundry always works, repair guys come when you need it, never see cops here, and very dog friendly.
While I enjoy living in Wimbledon, and am grateful, some of the maintenance done on my place is not good. It seems to me that is not in anyones best interest. Other than that, I have no complaints, and I find the staff to be very helpful and efficient.
Over all I really like the apartment and everything that comes with it. The only reason I gave it an average review is because of the horrible ant problem I had during the spring and summer months. I have never had ants in any place I have lived before. When I talked to the property management company about it they handed me a liquid ant trap and said oh they are probably just water ants and it's just that time of year. My ant problem went on for 5 months straight. It was a horrible experience.
My apartment had a pipe break that was in floor of my apartment and this caused flooding. The maintenance team was quick to react and took care of the flood right away. The repairs since then have been whatever they can get away with. They put in a cheaper toilet and I still have a hole in my wall. This all happened the day after Thanksgiving. I am moving out of this place because I feel the management does not seem to have any concern over me as a tenant but more of saving money and time on rep
It's a little pricey and the interiors are somewhat dated, but I like the ease of paying rent and the amenities at the clubhouse. The gym could use some updated equipment, too.
