The current office staff are very hospitable, welcoming, and have great costumer service skills and relations! The maintenance requests are answered right away, sometimes in the same day as the request! The apartments are very nice, especially the beautiful hardwoods and the all of the new classic looking fixtures!

After some very basic communication fumbles about the eligibility process, we have been very happy with our stay at The Ellington. Having worked in property management for many years, I know when a management team is trying to steer a property in the right direction, and that is definitely the case here. The details are noticed and appreciated. Our biggest concern is for night-time safety: Large areas of the property (including our parking lot) are not well-lit, and some are pitch dark.

I have had excellent service in regard to repairs, maintenance, and other work orders. The grounds are well-maintained. The Ellington has graciously made themselves a pet friendly complex. I have been at The Ellington for over 5 years and am not looking to leave yet!

What is a Certified ResidentCertified Resident Review?

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.

Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.

Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
