Maintenance responses to requests right away and does a good job. However, there are things that need to be taken care of, but nothings is done about it;i.e. exterior windows remain unwashed. When the window washing crew was here they completely missed my exterior windows.
I do have other issues, but let's leave it for now. You know who I am.
The building is always kept nice and clean. Also, the staff are very helpful and polite and any request I put in for my apartment is addressed in a timely manner which I appreciate.
