In my mind an excellent rating means that Management has planned and thought ahead to make sure not too many problems arise. And when they do they take care of them in a very timely manner. Grounds are very well maintained and situations are explained fully and carried out when they say they will be. I just think things are very efficient here and that is what I personally like. All employees are courteous and helpful.
It's safe, clean, and beautiful. The residents are warm and the on-site management is top-notch. I just love it here. My apartment overlooks the little lake and the ducks and geese are so charming to watch. Really a lovely place to call home, and so close to downtown Portland and downtown Milwaukie.
The apartment is in great condition, the staff responds immediately to problems, they are really wonderful people to work with, the area around the apartment is beautiful and immaculately maintained. Once the road maintainance and the construction for Max is over it will once again be very quiet with traffic noise in the distance from rush hour and bird song between rush hour, I hope.
Its a great place live i love it. Its a quiet place to live but close to everything. Staff are great.
The apartment itself is comfortable and the layout is excellent. The managers are outstanding and always go above and beyond for the residents.
