And the staff here is helpful and friendly.
Easy to work with, polite, friendly staff.
Very helpful staff, well organized, continually making improvements to the property, quick to act upon problems with residents or maintenance
I like the diversity at the apartments. I have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff, and have had maintenance fixes completed very quickly. The only thing to work on would be the trash in the common areas, although I realize that is largely due to unsupervised children.
Merlo Station, a community that is a veritable cornicopia of culture, placed conveniently for the commuting Northwesterner. Over the course of time that I've been here there have been ups and downs across the property at large, but all in all the management/volunteer groups and the community of residents, that link arms together, provide an overall sense of unity in the community. Many improvements have been made by management since Merlo's inception and I expect even greater things to come.
