One of the only no breed restriction complexes, also a great little fenced in dog area. Great location in Beaverton. Staff is so friendly, always quick with a smile and hello!
Been livin' here 16+ years. Overall the experience has been excellent. My only complaint is the negligent resident that leave there dog(s) alone home at night and the dog(s) bark.
The outside area is very well maintained and appealing.
Office management and maintenance staff are nice and friendly. There are too many dogs allowed at the apartment complex. Many bark during all hours of the night, when people are trying to sleep. Parking on the Westside of the complex can be a nightmare, sometimes. Too few parking spots for the number of residents. Overall, not too bad for the price and location
While living at Birch Creek mine and my husband's experience has not been the best. The current manager has done his best to make the property a better place to live. However, the owner and maintenance workers seem to want the exact opposite and fight the manager on every single thing he tries to improve. The maintenance workers aren't accountable to anyone & do whatever they want, especially the most senior maintenance worker. Don't expect things to get fixed if you move here.
