Being located near Tulsa Hills, an area booming with development, as a young adult this is the place to be. The apartments are very nice with granite counters and very spacious. The people I've met are also very kind as well. Overall, it's a great place to live and call home.
All apts have neighbor noise, however, Tuscany Hills has much less noise than any other apts we have lived in. We think it is due to being better insulated, which also means our electricity bill was much lower. Staff is always very friendly and willing to help solve any issues. We really value that. When they first opened, the staff - although sweet - was always changing/training and you never knew who would be in the office. They have since solved that issue and have regular staff.
It is clean, quiet, office employees are very friendly-consistently, pretty grounds/landscaping, great dog park, and little to no crime.
The property is fantastic, and provides a great quality of life. The one major negative I have is the fact the pool gets overrun by non residents. Every time I go to the pool it seems a carload of non residents with a group of 4 or more children invade the pool area and blatantly state we don't live here but come for the pool . There needs to be a check in policy in the front office, which would be easy to maintain, and provide a sense of exclusivity for residents.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
