Unsatisfied with office staff because maintence came in apt with no notice. Twice when nobody was home and one when my wife was asleep and they came in without knocking and scared her. All we required was a notice when somebody would be coming into our place so we could put away our valuables.

Not satisfied that I am a tenure resident and I notice I am the ONLY apartment in surrounding buildings that don't have upgrades like new blides! Being I have been here since they upgraded their apartments. I feel being a tenure resident I should have the luxuries

Rude management at top, abusive, and uncooperative. Little to no concern regarding well being of residents. Only concerned with getting paid. Management writes their own rules as they go. No consistency with management over tenants. Some treated very nicely, others treated like scum. Discriminate pricing practices at move out. Fees not explained thoroughly. Little knowledge or power by leasing agents. Management seems to only care about money. Very poor apartment experience.
