responsive to maintenance calls, grounds well kept
I can't say enough about the response of work orders that are put in. They are completed in a more than timely manner. A big change from the place that I moved from.
It would be rated "average" if my roommates and I did not receive issues over paying with a check that were out of our control and subsequently charged a late fee. We were told of the problem by way of letting us know we were on the verge of eviction, although the check covered full due rent. It was lazy and put a bad taste in our mouths, but it got sorted out by way of an extra hundred dollars out of our pockets. Physically, there are too many problems to count with the living space.

They try to have all the apartments in good shape, but the common areas such the laundry, stairs, walls of the outside of the apartments are no clean... I have live here for three years and I think this complex was better before than now.

Would not recommend only because cannot have satellite without losing money.The blinds are very cheaply made and break easily and charges to replace are very expensive. Also fees for being off lease are high and fees for being late are high. Also they pit neighbor against neighbor and ask people to report on their neighbors if they don't clean up after their pet and reward tattletaling by giving money off rent to get their neighbors in trouble. So so wrong.
