Maintenance response time could be quicker in some cases, but most of the time it's good. The transition from the old owners to the new owners could've been smoother...due to the timing of the switch and no information given to the residents unless we visited the office, anyone who tried to pay rent online or put in a maintenance request online were unknowingly going to be ignored because the website was wrong. It resulted in a late fee for us, due to the rent not being accepted on time.

Remodeled kitchen, laundry facility is not in good condition, hard to find parking spots
Thank you for your review. We will be starting the remodel on the laundry rooms shortly and hopefully you will find the new style to be fantastic. The parking lots and drive ways will be repaired this spring and will provide a better parking experience for all. My first year here has been not so pleasant more so from other residents and experiences but since the management change maintenance ores request are done in a timely manner and it's appreciated.
