Apartment management is very helpful, the location is lovely, and I love that it is smoke-free. Having said that, the near constant issues with the security gates/bar/keypad not working is more than a bit frustrating.
The management was great and anytime I had a problem, it was resolved very quickly.
I moved into riverbend in 2001 or 2002, my rent was $430.00 per month, now it is $580.00. That is an increase of over 30%. Living with a fixed income (social security) that is a financial burden along with the increase of other fixed expenses such as water,power,cable, it takes most all of my income, leaving little for food and healthcare.
I rated good cause every time I renew my lease my rent it goes up around $30. The other reason is because every time I call a work order in on my apartment and the maintenance men come out to fix it they either tell me there was nothing wrong in the first place or the issue goes on for up to a year before it gets fixed. (Right now my kitchen sink is clogged up and they have refused to fix it.) Previously the dishwasher always had water in the bottom of it. I repeatedly called in to have this fix

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
