parking is frequently inconvenient, some rude residents double park
I like my little apt. however when I moved in there still were items that had not been replaced that were missing or broken. My air conditioner was on the fritz for 5 days. Still my kitchen lights make a buzzing noise and the kitchen faucet / pipes makes a knocking noise every time I turn the water on. My apt. isn't level. It leans to the east. I have to prop up my dresser so the drawers don't fall out. Other than that I like my little apt. and I appreciate having it.
I think it would be nice to have a better response time as far as the maintanance work that needs done
The Maintanence people are awesome, the Management and front desk employees are so kind and very helpful. The only thing that has been of much discomfort is the on going struggle with my neighboring Tennant and recent foul joking from premiss security. I have been harassed with 90% invalid noise complaints due to the soundness of the building, which walking around in my apartment is something I cannot avoid. I would not recommend this complex to any of my friends based on that alone.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
