Maintenance staff is excellent...typically respond the same or next day on work orders. Office staff is always friendly and helpful. They make great effort to keep the complex looking nice, by removing trash from the grounds, having weekly lawn service, etc. Complex has older residents, so very few party central issues. Parking can be a problem in areas of the complex where buildings are on both sides of the lots. Pools are nice and well maintained. Exercise area pretty limited.
It is maintained very well and maintance is on top of there work when making a report
My second time living there, great security when officers live in the same complex...
Office Staff are friendly and helpful, they know me by name. Maintenance staff have come within 24 hours of a problem. It is quiet and we love living here.
There have been no issues to give them a lesser score. The experience has been great so far. I especially enjoy how the office staff is so friendly!
