It's great living here. I can walk to just about every place I want to go. Plus, everyone is so helpful.
I was excited when I came across the Metropolitan Apartments because I work downtown and often hangout in the area, so the location was perfect. Once I visited the site I loved it and after moving in, was not disappointed. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, (even coming to check on me when I got in a fender bender outside the office) and the community always looks great. The community events are awesome and very inviting.

I lived in a small complex before this (12apts) and it feels more private here than it did there. It's so quiet and I love the diversity of people.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
