Staff is very helpful. Apartments are new and clean. Location is safe and quiet.
I am not a fan of the trash service. They are not timely and oddly specific.
I have had nothing but a positive experience with The District so far. I have sold pretty much everything in my home along with the home and decided to start all over. So needless to say I have had a lot of deliveries. The staff have been so courteous to let me know when packages have arrived and if it's to heavy for me to move they would have the maintenance crew to delivery to my apartment. I also appreciate the quiet time hours for those you have to get up early in the morning like me.
The property is beautiful, and the staff are great. This is the nicest complex on the Southside for the value.
We were the first residents inside a two bedroom two bathroom with vaulted ceilings apartment. No big complaints.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
