While the building and apartments themselves are far from perfect and have flaws, I feel that the superior service oriented staff make up for that. They are quick to handle situations when they arise, have a kind-friendly, professional and helpful demeanor, and go out of their way for their residents to provide extra benefits and fix problems.

The parking garage is constantly dirty. Some of the concierge staff can be inattentive and just plain lazy. The units should have a more up-scale finish for what one pays in rent.
