As a recent grad, living in an apartment complex as well kept and safe as this one is; all the while being affordable is a dream come true.
Everyone is so friendly!
Problems in my apartment have been addressed quickly. This is the first apartment
that i been living in that allows a washer and dryer.
Great staff. Good value for monthly cost.
When we moved in, there has been sloppy painting jobs we have noticed. The tile in the kitchen and bathrooms are of a poor quality also. However, the rooms are large and the paint is light so it brightens up all the apartment rooms. I think more coats of paint could be added, though, since the slightest nick readily takes out paint. With more coats of paint, it would be more resilient and less susceptible to scratches. The guest bathtub was dirty when we moved in and no working plug.
