The apartment complex is kept up clean the trash is dump on time
The maintenance isn't up to par. We have had to ask numerous times I over the years to fix the apt up on things that are important such as the dryer and the drawers in the bathrooms and kitchen. Stability in my son's education is most important so we stay and tolerate the issues.
Takes a good while to get things fixed here . Ceiling is still in need of repair , acoustic comming down from ceiling , mold in the pantry .
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
