I used to work for Northstar and really loved working on this property and the mix of people living in the complex
It probably depends on what neighbors one happens to get, but mine have been excellent. The few times I have had maintenance problems, they have been dealt with very soon after I have reported them.
I like the fact that when something in my Apt needs attention, I always gotten very quick response from repair personnel. I also like the fact that Savannah is a very quiet place to live.
Maintenance staff is always available and fixes things in a timely manner.
I absolutely love the location and price of Savannah Ridge. The outside of the apartments are well taken care of and the inside is nice too. There were a few minor things out of order when I moved in but maintenance was quick to take care of it. I would've rated this place Excellent, but the upstairs floor is so thin that I can hear my upstairs neighbors having conversations and coughing or sneezing sometimes. It does get annoying occasionally.
