The staff are awesome. The appliances are pretty good. Unfortunately the carpet is pretty cheap and the price is a bit too high for actual value.

The maintenance staff are quick and considerate. I wish the company would reward loyalty with no rate changes instead of rent increasing every time lease is renewed.

No control over parking for the residents as opposed to visitors. When you have to park 100 yards away cause you can't get a spot any closer to your apt cause other residents are having parties there's a problem. Don't follow there own policies on trash pickup. Residents leaving trash out all night before pickup in morning.

Not good , expansive , shet for pet everywhere , the amount goes hier every month , they take 10% for late fee from me the second day of the month ,garage was 75$ than they change the price to 100$
