It would be nice if they updated the Kitchen Cabinets and Counter Tops.
The complex has had three different management companies in a very short time. The grounds are in need of a major upgrade. The buildings are also in poor shape and need some current upgrades. Maintenance staff acts as if they don't care or listen to resident concerns.
