Value for the Money
4 Reviews for The Historic Hillcrest
I think we should do more parties.
My first apartment and the manager that manager that lease me in was caring, honest individual. The maintenance staff is always courteous and helpful. As long as the rent doesn't too expensive I will plan on staying.
The complex has certainly improved since move-in, and the location and unit are great, but there are still some things that need improved upon. The garage is in need of repairs, there are holes in the floor and it is difficult to get the garage door to open from the outside, and some of the resident "activities" still need addressed, but the complex itself is fantastic. The location is great, and the view, and the size of the apartment.
I felt as though the property manager, when we moved in, was unprofessional, and at times rude.
