i've been resident for 4yrs n I love the Kenwood Gardens...
It would be great if you could have a prayer room for the Kenwood Residents. We requested this before as well. You are requested to please provide the same.

I am extremely frustrated with the parking situation. I often come home and have to drive around to find a space and park in other units lots because the few spaces by my apartment are taken and the roads are filled with people who don't even live at the facility. I've also noticed many people leave a lot of space between cars making it impossible for us to effectively use the parking space. It's also frustrating when cars are parked half in the street and half in the driveway to parking because of lack of space.
There are few sound barriers and I have been stuck with residents who stay up until 2, 3, and even 5 in the morning on some occasions waking me up on a regular basis.
i think they need to buy our maintenance newer snow blowers just for when we get extra snow like the other day.......the poor guy had a heck of a time with the too little, too old snow blower...i think they deserve better....:)
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
The Flats at Douglas is located at the corner of Kenwood and Douglas at 2629 Alisdale Drive. If you are coming up Secor Road from the Westgate shopping area, turn left on Kenwood, left on Alisdale, and the office will be on your left. If you are coming down Central from downtown turn left on Alisdale, go all the way through The Flats at Douglas, and the office will be on your right.
