The complex is quiet and attractive with the surrounding trees. Landscaping and lawn care is done regularly. Maintenance requests are promptly attended to.
The staff in the office genuinely seems to care about their residents!
Sent an email 2 months ago and got no response as to the deplorable condition of the hall areas of the apts. If I lived in a bldg with enclosed halls they would be cleaned and I expect the same of TR. Grounds and bldg are not being taken cae of such as mulch washing away and not being replaced and all halls need painted. This place does not show well. I was told when I moved in that they were working on replacing the balconies in the spring (2013) but so far nothing. No one takes care of parking
Going thru chemo, volunteers help me move in. Apt we looked at was not the one we were given the key to. Apt was very dirty. Poor maintenance. Was given choice if moving to a better apt or $60 off. (Cost of cleaning). I could never find help in the one week time limit I was given to move (again). I feel trapped in very old, bland, depressing apt.
I would give TR a fair rating due to issues with payment, maintenance requests with the personnel in the office, issues with laundry changeouts and finally poor communication on a/c - boiler use.
