Certified Resident

I've been very happy with my experience at Continental Luxury Apartments. With the age of the building you have an idea of what you're signing up for. You'll likely have small maintenance issues but the maintenance staff is responsive and keeps you in the loop. I haven't met many neighbors but those that I have have often lived there for a few years and seem happy. It's remarkably quiet given how close to warrensville it is.

Certified Resident

It could use some updates, but I was frustrated that the landlord would not let the electric company into the building to read our electric meters and thus we were charged over $300 per month as an estimate until this problem was fixed. Also, several appliance issues arised and it took months to be taken care of. The manager of the apartment is excellent.

What is a Certified Resident?

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.

Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. The Continental Luxury Apartments and The Shaker Regency Apartments attract those that want upscale 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes with superb amenities in an excellent location.
