Brooksedge is a great community! The dog park is an awesome addition to Brooksedge, that provides a way for residents to meet one another and for dogs to meet each other. The pool and membership to a local fitness center also increase the sense of community. These are great two-bedroom apartments, with excellent square footage for a two-bedroom! I would recommend Brooksedge for anyone, especially those with dogs! The location is great for driving to work, for shopping, and for running along the trail right next to the apartments!
Brooksedge is a very beautiful community, well kept, with friendly staff. management always addresses my concerns in a timely fashion and i feel like i definitely get what i paid for.

I absolutely have enjoyed living in Brooksedge! It is a quiet community where I feel safe. Parking is never an issue and neither are the neighbors. I love that the trash gets picked up right at my door everyday--very nice touch! The space is big and the washer & dryer were very close to brand new! The maintenance team is excellent and do their best to find & fix the problem as quickly as possible. They were very respectful to not enter my home while i was not there but my children were--which really impressed me! I love the extra care they put into the experience of living here. The only thing I would say that I would change about anything is that the pool is on the small side; we could use a playground for smaller children and most other comparable properties have a fitness room. Also, I think the space could benefit from a few updates including the appliances. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, well kept place to live.
Brooksedge is a nice community. The grounds are kept well and the apartments are clean and up to date. For apartment living I would rate this a 4 out of 5. The rent is comparable to the surrounding neighborhoods.
