I really enjoy living at Eastpointe Apartments. It is close to where I work and is nice and homey.
The snow in the winter in the parking lots is really bad. Please plow the snow more frequently.
Everything has been great! The only thing I can fault them on is parking.
Decent price and average 6 out of 7 nights quiet neighborhood.
It takes awhile to get repairs done because they appear to understaffed the maintenance guy is a great guy the new guy has some learning to do. Alot of the items in the townhouse break almost consistently. Parking is an absolute nightmare. They claim only 2 spots per townhouse but they don't want to designate 2 spots so it's a battle over parking especially when it's like a party every night with the neighbors so it's a battle for spots.
