The snow in the winter in the parking lots is really bad. Please plow the snow more frequently.
Everything has been great! The only thing I can fault them on is parking.
I'm so glad you hear you're happy here! We are working on some of the parking issues we have had trouble with recently. Please call or submit in writing (anonymously if you wish) the area where you are having problems and I will do my best to remedy the situation.
Decent price and average 6 out of 7 nights quiet neighborhood.
It takes awhile to get repairs done because they appear to understaffed the maintenance guy is a great guy the new guy has some learning to do. Alot of the items in the townhouse break almost consistently. Parking is an absolute nightmare. They claim only 2 spots per townhouse but they don't want to designate 2 spots so it's a battle over parking especially when it's like a party every night with the neighbors so it's a battle for spots.
I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with maintenance and parking. If our maintenance crew does not respond to a repair you called in (non-emergency) within 3 days, please call me directly to discuss the situation. Regarding the parking, unfortunately we can only designate 1 parking spot per address, with the others having open parking. We will re-number the spots very soon. If a vehicle parks in your numbered area, please write down the Make/Model and plate number so I can address it.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
