There were never any hiccups on the management's end. Our landlord was super friendly and the one time we had a maintenance issue, it was fixed before we knew it. The location of the apartments is really convenient as it's so close to the strip mall. As for the price, I looked at a few apartments in North Canton and this one was by far the cheapest.
24 hour maintenance (nice to be able to call in any issues, not that I've had any, but it is a nice feature), awesome office staff (they are so nice and helpful!), centrally located apartments and townhouses (close to everything: shopping, Kent at Stark). 5 stars!
Its so nice and quiet and almost every person in the complex is wonderful!

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
