Only Disappointment Is The Lack Of Dumpsters Near Each Apartment For Easy Trash Disposal.
Maintenance Takes Weeks Or Even Months To Complete Tasks. Often Doing Some On The Request, But Never Returning To Do The Others. Gym Equipment Is Old And Broken.
Ivy Hills has great potential. The apartment size and storage space are great. However kitchen faucets are quite dated and user un-friendly for the cook. There's no sprayer. The bath faucets are identical. The heat system works through the water heater so you must choose between hot water or heat in the winter. I live on the backside of the apartments and love the yard and privacy but they've situated the pod of 4 air conditioner units next to the porch so the noise is continual.
Aside from our apartment not being ready on move in date, they are very slow to arrive for maintenance and repairs. No medicine cabinets, no hall closet, we were told no refund on deposit after a second look. Located on the golf course, renters insurance is a requirement. We do love our private balcony and overall layout of the apartment. The pool is very nice and well maintained.
I absolutely love living at Ivy Hills Place. The office manager and maintenance staff are exceptional to deal with on any concerns or maintenance issues. Everything is handled promptly -- even changing light bulbs in the exterior hallways.
