I believe MBM has all the amenities you would want from an apartment complex, especially a dryer and washer hookup - for which both me and my wife were pleased. However upon moving into the apartment our back patio area was overrun with weeds, and our privacy fence was broken in several spots, held together by metal clasps, and structurally not as sound as expected.

They women who work in the office are always friendly, polite and professional. They care about the residence and making sure concerns are resolved quickly.

They seem to have extreme difficulty replacing burned out lights. It has become very dark in the parking areas, and has stayed that way even after I have made repeated calls about how dark is has become.
Thank you for the review. We currently have a work order in to check all the lights in the property and it has been an on-going project. Unfortunately we have been down a technician for the last month and are doing our best to prioritize. We will make sure all the burned out lights in the community are changed ASAP.

There has been a lot of construction that has been very disturbing and we were given no notice of the noise inconvenience as the construction went in for weeks . The parking is very very limited . We have had very poor experiences when dealing with offic staff and maintenance issues are poorly taken care of .
Terrible parking lots with no lines and no availability, ants and spiders always getting everywhere in the house, stray cats everywhere, house in general disrepair upon move in. Great amount of space for the cost, but many improvements needed.

If you are having a bug issue, please let us know which home is yours so we can have someone come out and deal with the issue. We make sure all homes are cleaned and repaired before anyone moves in.
