Our complex was built in the early 1970's, however, it is well maintained. Our greatest feature is the indoor swimming pool and our washer and dryer hookup in every apartment. We do allow cats only. There is a non-refundable $100.00 additional security deposit, plus $30.00 more per month for each cat two cat maximum allowed.
