Maintenance is very prompt. I am pleased with the layout of the apartment.
Its a great place to live. You are right accrosshe street from krogers and just down the road from canals shopping center. The staff helps anyway they can. Also these are old aptarments, which my view is good since that means they did not just go up over night .
I Love Living there
No assigned parking. Key less entry to laundry and we get our clothes stolen all the time. The rent has gone up every year. The connecting water pipes means that someone's mess up affects us all even when they are fixing one apartments issues. Water bill has gone up every year. (We understand that it may not be the complex's fault but it stinks.
The apartments are fair in that the price is one of the best deals in this area. However, the quality of the apartment itself, and the buildings are not of good quality. The outside of the buildings, and the inside of the apartments need some major remodeling and are not exactly in the best condition.

From I-270 take state route 33 toward Lancaster. Take the South Hamilton exit and go south. Turn left onto Hendron Rd. and then left on Orchard Run. Turn right onto Orchard End and you're home!
