They are constantly taking care of the property and keeping it safe. During the winter the roads and sidewalks are plowed ASAP.
The community is always clean, staff is curteous and maintenance issues are resolved timely.
The Lakes Of Westdale office staff have welcome heart as soon you enter the office.Lakes of Westdale emergency maintenance are like EMS.They are always on time when you need them.
Nice place to live, have had a few issues with piping below my apartment and the AC but repairs were made either the same day or the next day.
I've lived here for about 4 months. I've had a few maintenance issues but they were responded to very quickly. The landscaping is nice and we'll kept. I've never had any issues with neighbors. I can't really hear them through walls either. A small park is right next to the apartments and I take my dog there for walks. Less than 5 minutes from 270. Shopping is close. Very happy!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
