office staff/management are professional and friendly and care about your concerns and issues.
We have everything that we need. All of maintenance issues are addressed in a very timely fashion. We feel safe and we are very happy in our apartment and consider it home.
The office personnel are very friendly and always ask me how my daughters are doing and how they are enjoying their own rooms. The pool helps too.
The office staff is friendly and helpful. I have had no major issues with my apartment, but the minor maintenance issues were addressed quickly. I feel that the apartments are a great value and are in very good condition. This is the quietest apartment and neighborhood I have ever lived in, so I really appreciate that. I am definitely satisfied with my experience here and will recommend it to others.
When I moved in the apartment was tidy and did not require a lot of heavy cleaning by me (not my experience in other places). Love the fact that the air circulation is so even and great. The washer and dryer work perfectly, no maintenance calls have had to be made. When I have any issues or questions the staff is wonderful, thorough and understanding. They treat you like a human being, not just a money machine. The community is great as well. Everyone is very friendly and no shady activity.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
