Knowledgeable and friendly office and maintenance staff. Attention to our needs prompt. Maintenance of property and apartment highly satisfactory.Lot of ground ( for taking walk and other needa). Buildings uncluttered.
When I first moved in, they helped me a lot. Whenever something needs to be fixed they always come within 24-48 hrs. The staff is friendly and helpful, always polite. As far as recreational, I wish they had a play area for the kids both small and teenage. Overall, they try very hard to satisfy the needs of it's residents.
Good location, close to a lot of shopping. Good school system. What we need is another person to check our parking lots again. The last person did an excellent job but since he left, we are getting abandoned junk cars just left in our lots with no parking decals. Some on flat tires, broken headlights and expired license. This will surely bring down our community and deter decent people from wanting to move here.
I LOVE MY TOWNHOUSE BUT SOME OF THE UNITS HAVE VERY WORN BLINDS THAT MAKE THE PROPERTY LOOK BAD. FP APTS ARE WORKING ON THIS PROBLEM NOW SO I EXPECT GREAT IMPROVEMENT SOON. SOME OF THE CHILDREN PLAYING TEAR UP THE PROPERTY BY DIGGING UP DIRT PILES, WHICH IS CAUSING THE GRASS NOT GROW & THEY'RE THROWING TRASH EVERY WHERE BUT THE GARBAGE.
I rated it just Good because they are some things that need to be addressed. The furnace needs a complete and thorough cleaning. The windows are really bad. I would pay more on rent to have new windows installed. The dumpsters should be moved or hid, not a good look when you enter our complex to first see a nasty dumpster.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
