The condition of the driveway/parking at the 466 222nd st address is deplorable. My mother doesn't feel safe driving over the enormous potholes and it's embarrassing having friends and family over. I may not renew my lease if the conditions don't improve.
I like the apartment but the door don't seem secure enough for me .I don't like the parking not enough security. The stage area seem to have leaks and the washer and dryer don't work well. A activity room would be nice . like an exercise area for the adults and teenagers.
Exterior lighting out, parking lot full of potholes.
It would be much better if the parking areas were more open and didn't have huge potholes in the area that I park closest to my apartment. The water pressure seems to be an issue, with the shower being extremely hot or extremely cold. More washers and dryers are needed. The doors with key codes should be changed to something a little more reliable because the buttons stick and sometimes you can't get into your apartment. There is no play area for children.
