I have always had great response when any concerns or question. If something needs fixed it is accomplished quickly.
I love this apartment complex! When I first moved in my refrigerator broke and I had to throw out a lot of food. Not only did they replace the refrigerator quickly, but they gave me $100 off my next months rent to help pay for the food I lost. I also sent in a maintenance request about my dryer making a really high pitched squeaking sound. Two days later I had a brand new washer and dryer! Also, the apartment is very close to shopping in Dublin and it's a great price for the area!
I feel like the screening process of accepting new tenants has dropped significantly. The tenants are now louder and more disrespectful in every aspect than when I first moved in five years ago. Also, the rent continues to climb, but there are no noticeable improvements to justify it.
We have a stringent qualification process and quickly respond to noise complaints, that we are made aware of. Please contact the Management Office and we would be happy to address any neighbor issues.
Lighting poor in some areas/and has not been fixed. Poor snow removal.
We appreciate the feedback we have received about lighting and have repaired all lights attached to poles and added new lights in a couple of area.
Maintenence never came to fix anything landlord was not friendly
