    When I first moved to Karric Place, I stayed in a studio and it was very nice. Then I moved to a one bedroom due to circumstances in life. I think this complex is older and not very well kept up on the interior or exterior. On the outside privacy fences are starting to fall down. The interiors need to be repainted with new carpeting and flooring in kitchen and bathroom. There is no heat in kitchen or bathroom.
