These are ratings based on residents who live at the property and have completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Residents are invited to participate in the satisfaction survey via a list of email addresses* submitted by the property and independently certified and administered by a third party market research firm.

Trotter's Landing is more than just an apartment complex; it is a community. The property manager and maintenance workers are always setting up community activities, like summer, Halloween, and Christmas parties. Any time I've had a maintenance issue, it has been taken care of that day.
We have had great luck up until this year. I'm not sure what has changed, but they used to value their first responder residents by giving them a 10% discount which Resulted in many officers, fire fighters and medics living within the community. This provides a sense of security to the other residents and helps the community remain a safe place to live. This year, they lowered it to 3% which will lead to many of those first responders leaving the community and go across the street.
Nice and always upkept. Do not be late pn rent by even one day. You will get eviction notice.
I love living at Trotters Landing. My only complaint is that I have to pay to mail my rent to Columbus a week before it is due instead of just giving it to the office on site.
The staff in the office is not always welcoming. Rent goes up every year.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
