Very good Management. Clean Place . Good Maintenance.
Office staff has reduced office hours and done away with the emergency maintenance pager as well as removing the rent dropbox. This means that we have to drop off the rent in person in a much narrower window of time (or pay online), have a hard time getting emergency maintenance, and are getting less value for an increasing rent amount.
I really enjoy Washington Place apartments but the only problem I have is the stop sign there at the corner of Motter Lane and Monica Drive - residents that are driving down Motter Lane to leave the complex DO NOT stop at that stop sign. I have been attempting to turn left at times and have almost been hit because no one stops.
Washington Place was okay. I would have rated it higher if they would update their townhouses. The insides are at least 13-15 years old and they look it. The actual home was alright but nothing special. I wish apartments would not necessarily reinvest their money into renovating the club house that most people do not use and reinvest in the apartment upgrades themselves. The only thing I saw was they made the actual offices really nice so everyone could have their own offices.
Management staff has been professional and courteous.
