Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Units are clean and have a great layout. Washer and dryer hook ups are a huge plus.
I love it here! After living in a highrise for fifteen yrs, it's so nice to have a separate entrance, a wonderful maintenance crew, dependable office staff and my our own washer and dryer
I love living here! My fiancee and I have been here for a year and we love it. The apartment is great, the office staff is super friendly and helpful and maintenance is knowledgeable and friendly.
I would have to say the overall rating is good, could use some improvement in the maintenance area with regards to the new upgrades in plumbing. I would be helpful if the work was crosschecked by a supervisor to ensure that things work properly, before leaving the site, thus eliminating any after hour maintenance issues.
The customer service is excellent. They know you by name and take care of any concerns quickly and efficiently. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Not only do they treat me like a valued resident, but they assign my roommate (a dog) with the same value. I also feel safe here. The neighbors are courteous, the parking is good, and everything is kept clean and maintained.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
