I've been there over five years. Great staff very helpful and easy to deal with. They really care about their residents.
The maintenance is excellent. But, the parking is horrible. I would rather have assigned parking near my house. Also, the noise levels around here are bad with people coming in at all hours of the day and night with the bass in their cars cranked up. It gives me a headache. I can hear through the walls (especially the bathroom area) and our apartment leaks hot air into the building from the outside in summer and cold air into the building in the winter, making it very expensive to maintain.
I am on my second year leaving here and available parking has been an ongoing problem. Heating and cooling systems are out dated along with poor insulation causing utility bill to be way too much then I want to pay. That is the main reason I will not be renewing my lease. The office staff and maintenance team are awesome!!! There has been a couple of loud residents that Ive had to report. This is not a quiet community.
Parking is limited, no where for kids to play besides the streets, snow removal is no good
Every time someone moves in behind me they are so noisy and its getting to the point where I won't be renewing my lease for a second time here.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
