Brand new, great resident events, great space for pets, limited parking, utilities are through the owners' second company which over charges. Everyone also pays community fees which is all the electric snd water in the club house, water used for wstering the landscape. and all outside lights. Only Time Warner Cable is available which is disappointing. There are garden plots available in the summer. Pool is great, but no hot tub.
Utilities were very high for what we expected for apartment living. There are a lot of great amenities, but you are not only paying for them in rent costs of luxury living, there are shared community utility expenses. Only one cable provider is allowed and their costs were outrageous. Also, we lived on the 1st floor and because the floor above us has hardwood, we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around (normal activity).
Very nice, clean, luxurious apartment with great amenities. Clubhouse and gym are definitely better than many other apartments I've lived in. Pool looks nice but it's way too cold to use in Ohio. Incredibly friendly staff - manager, leasing consultant, maintenance man are all very helpful (and good looking!). Many fun social events run by community staff. Also, very dog friendly which is a big plus.
The office staff and onsite maintenance are outstanding. They are without a doubt as friendly, accommodating and competent as one could hope for. The rating would have been excellent had it not been for the lack of adequate towel bars in the bathrooms and the quality thereof. As well as the lack of sufficient shelving in the nice size pantry was disappointing. The proximity to the outerbelt and the noise that goes with it is not a situation I would likely repeat.
Been here over a year and community is still under construction. I would have hoped to use all advertised amenities but team is slow at finishing phases then communicating applicable updates. Turn over with leasing agents and lack of property manger have lead to many short comings in communication. I don't appreciate being told one thing by two members of staff then when they suddenly no longer work there am told something completely different by another with no indication my matter is important
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
