It's quite, day nights and weekends. I've been here two years.
I was told when I done a brief walk through that any concerns I can address on the for which is a work order after I moved in I was then able to look at the nasty cabinets which have clear signs of infestation of roaches from previous tenants I was told that there is no roaches in my unit I noticed live movement once I went in to clean before move in i was told that everyone has lived with roaches ( I was shocked ) then I was told that I would not get cabinets replaced and been her a year
I have been living here for sometime now but the new management team is just horrible at communicating to the renters of this property. They need to work on notices and fees because some of us are still clueless, to what is going on. when problems arise, they let its seem like we are the problem and what we are reporting is not important or an emergency. yes, its a business but you have to be personable as well to make it successful and not run your tenants out.
I understand the liability issue with cash, but I would like to be able to pay my rent without using a check (which I NEVER use) and without the inconvenience of a money order. An online bill pay would be best, however acceptance of cash on the day of collection would be equally nice!
