    Management and maintenance staff are always very prompt with any issues that arise. The building feels very secure and safe for being right downtown. There is an adequate number of machines in the laundry facility for the size of the building. The cleaning staff is always generous and working hard to keep the halls and building clean. Street parking is always available and safe (as long as you're smart about it). The pool and patio area is always clean.

    We had an issue with the air conditioning one evening and the maintenance man was at our apartment the very next morning before we left for work. Any time I call the leasing office, they are friendly, polite, and always helpful. I like that we have our own locked storage unit in the basement of the apartment building.

    The rent is awesome for the location, and the staff is always kind and attentive to what ever is needed.
