The management team that is in place at the site is super customer friendly. Easy to work with and easy to talk to and the main reason why we have stayed over 2 yrs now. The only thing that would make this better is if you could keep the pre-teen group controlled a little more. Jumping off the garages. Honesty, I'm afraid for them to get hurt. Very close to my job and most neighbors are very nice.
Everything about Abbot's cove apartments is great except for the parking situation. It's is terrible and backwards and it makes no sense. Either have designated guest visitor spots that don't change with the time of day or allow parking on the road at all times for visitors. I've seen the tow truck vultures tow cars that have only been in that spot for 5 minutes after the deadline while the rest of the lot is literally empty. I can't stress how TERRIBLE your parking rules are.
Landscaping is only done in the front of the complex; would be nice to have mulch all over the complex; i had to buy my own mulch to make my apt. area be presentabe.
Management was rude, and the maintenance guys tried to get out of fixing certain things. Other than that it really wasn't bad. The location is a bit questionable, but the price was reasonable. I had decent neighbors who were nice people, and other than having my car broken into; We were never really bothered. Couldn't hear neighbors unless they were outside or had windows open. Overall I wish the staff was a bit nicer, but the apartment itself wasn't bad.

Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
