Value for the Money

The complex is quiet and attractive with the surrounding trees. Landscaping and lawn care is done regularly. Maintenance requests are promptly attended to.
The staff in the office genuinely seems to care about their residents!
Nice people, decent property. I'd give a 5 for better insulation in building... HVAC needed 24/7
Bad drainage during storms. Kitchen sinks and laundry backups frequently on lower levels. Access to dog park is poor and area not well maintained. Maintenance crew does respond in timely manner. Resolution to some problems has never occurred.
I would give TR a fair rating due to issues with payment, maintenance requests with the personnel in the office, issues with laundry changeouts and finally poor communication on a/c - boiler use.
