Grate building, welcoming environment, UC close location
Overall, I had an good experience. Management was very responsive to my request.
The mgmt is very friendly and responsive and address any concerns in a timely fashion.Would recommend anyone with family, or students who dont want loud neighbors or partiers.
The Stratford is beautifully renovated to compliment the historical beauty of the original structure. Management is kind and accommodating. Neighbors are quiet and polite. Great proximity to the university, down town and easy access to 71 and 75. Urban living at its finest.
The only disadvantage is there is no lounging area.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
