The property is real nice. They have all the amenities I was looking for.
The apartment was not painted that well. The building is not sound proof. People
park any where.
It has served my husband and I well as our "first home," but some things have been a problem. There are more and more cars in the lot, many do not belong to residents; therefore taking resident parking spaces. Maintenance can be slow to respond to calls. The manager is very slow to respond to calls. If you needs something answered, you need to ask her face to face. The carpet is gross in our apartment and needs to be replaced.
I've been a resident for several years, upgrading from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom recently. Since the move, several reported maintenance issues have gone unaddressed. We fixed the minor problems ourselves. Our broken buzzer/entry system was finally checked after a complaint was filed with BRG Corporate. A wire is broken and could take "some time" to find & repair. Parking was also a huge issue for a while. I will not be renewing my lease with this property.
