Most things about the apartment are good. A few cons that stanf out are the painful inconvenience of not being able to buzz someone in who comes to the door. There have been several times someone comes to see me and they have to knock on my window because I live in the basement and sometimes my phone isnt close to me. Overall they are very responsive to complaint and keep the property in excellent condition. During the winter they have a private towing crew that makes sure the hill and lots are in driveable shape. Their policy in regard to maintaining your vehicle is rediculously strict and insulting. If you are a customer in good standing as far as paying your rent you shouldn't have to worry about your care being towed because of minor cosmetic defects.
Sometimes it take long for the hallways in my apartment block to be cleaned, thus dirty and unattractive to visitors and residents. It would be nice if cleaning would be done at least once a week.
After being here a number of years. I find my rent being raised twice in the same year. Ending in me paying more on the bottom floor than the renters on the top floor who also have dish washers, new cabinets, and new carpet.
I have a nice apartment and I enjoy being their with my son. On the other hand the apt needed small minor work and it did take multi times to have those problems address. The pool lady was rude when I first took my baby over to the pool. I felt some of the people in the office to come off as rude as well. Other then that everything is great.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
